one of your receptionists was particularly nice and helpful. Some of the others very efficious. Cafe staff not so helpful
- clean rooms, good cleaning service, own safe garage for car, good location for local train and the city itself, reception very helpful
window was leaking a little bit outside air, might be only a room specific problem
Very reasonable prices, clean rooms, bar staff very friendly. Short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Very close to harbour for cruise terminal, only €8 in taxi.
Air conditioning was not great, confusion checking in as were a party of 4 rooms and one receptionist was not very friendly
The best beds ever slept on, the walk distance to the all of touristic attractions, and most important - only a few steps to the train going to the airport
Very comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped room, loved the huge 6.5 foot bed and walk in shower. Free wifi a bonus and location convenient for all sites. Good value.
Room overlooked roadworks which made it noisy when window was opened. No aircon available as it was 'winter'. Don't bother with the 12 euro breakfast buffet, many excellent cafes nearby.
the room was good and spacious, nicely styled. The staff were very very friendly, always someone on hand to give advice about the local nightlife and travel timetables. Couldn't fault them.
Didn't try the bar as it didn't look too enticing, they have a lot of space that they could do a lot more with - it is a lovely hotel but could be lovelier. Not much of a negative, me just being picky
It was ideally located for the centre and the underground parking was useful. Though it would have been better if the staff had told us that we would be charged for parking. But overall a good experience.
It was ok, for the price of 75 euro, I think that the terms where OK. I will probbaly book again when I will go in Malaga.
Yes, buy list 2 clothing Irons :)
the breakfast was a disgrace at a charge of 12 euro per person. the receptionist was not at all friendly she is in the wrong job. when i was checking out she didnt even thank me for paying the bill very bad manners.
The hotel is very well located ,not too far for the historic centre on one side and the beach on the other. Also there is a train station right next to the hotel and the store El Cortes Ingles is a short walk away. Our room was a good size and was attended to very well daily by the cleaning staff. There is an underground garage which is accessed by a lift, driving into it can be a bit tricky with a large car. The air conditioning worked well during our stay late July. All the staff on reception were very helpful and spoke English. Overall a pleaasant stay and we would return.
In summer the river which runs in front of the hotel is dry and so the view is nothing special. The floor in the bedroom is laminate which gives a not so plush impression.
The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. The hotelmanager was very present and very attending and professional. Has obviously made a very good job in employing staff..
The Hotel ist very close to the beautiful oldtown where lots of nice restaurants and cafés are. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (also in English). Our room and bathroom were very nice. I don´t know about the breakfast at the hotel - since it was too expensive for us, we went to a place right around the corner (Plan B Café). They had really delicious and affordabel (1.20-2.40€) sandwiches for breakfast (from 11am to 1am). We had a great time in Málaga!
Close to rail link to airport Nice comfortable room reasonable size with view to street Close to centre of Malaga
Breakfast seemed expensive so ate at local cafe
The location was very convenient but our room overlooked where all the dog owners took there dogs for toileting. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and very clean but there were problems with the shower. The staff were good. If you are flying out as we were you can catch the train to the airport from the station across the street which is brilliant.
The shower was over the bath and the shower screen allowed water to leak onto the floor which made it slippery. The breakfast was very expensive if you had the hotel breakfast - pays to use the menu to keep the cost down.
Basic hotel but very clean, also the room was just renovated. the location is 500 m from railway station and 1 km from the old down.
